At Galaprom, we take pride in the craftsmanship of our dresses and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your order does not meet your expectations, please review our comprehensive return and refund policy below.
1. Return Period You have 30 days from the date of physical receipt to decide whether to request a return. To be eligible, your dresses must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as received, with all original packaging and tags intact.

Original Payment Method: Approved refunds will be issued back to your original payment method (e.g., Credit Card, PayPal).

Store Credit Option: If you prefer, you may opt for a refund in the form of store credit. As a thank you, you will receive an additional 5% discount code for your next order. Please contact our support team to choose this option.

No Restocking Fee: Galaprom does not charge any restocking fees for returned items.
3. Return Shipping Fees

Quality Issues or Errors: If the return is due to product quality issues, incorrect items, or missing components, Galaprom will cover the full return shipping costs.

Personal Reasons: If the return is for personal reasons (e.g., style preference, accidental purchase, or ordering the wrong size), the return shipping cost will be borne by the buyer.

Recommendation: We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method. Galaprom is not responsible for returns lost in transit.
4. How to Initiate a Return To ensure a smooth process, please follow these steps:

Find the corresponding order and click "Request Return."

Select the reason and upload relevant proof (e.g., clear photos of the dresses).

Our customer service team will review your request within 1–2 business days.

Upon approval, you will receive specific return instructions and the return address. If you cannot access the online portal, please email service@galaprom.com with the subject "Return Request + [Order Number]."
5. Non-Returnable Items (Final Sale) In accordance with product characteristics, the following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

Customized Dresses: This includes items with custom colors, custom sizes (made to measurements), or personalized design modifications.

Damaged Items: Items with makeup stains, perfume scents, or missing original tags.
6. Refund Processing Time Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.

Timeframe: Please allow 5–10 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
7. Exchanges We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you require a different size or style for your event, please return the original dresses (if eligible) for a refund and place a new order.
