At Galaprom, we specialize in high-quality dresses tailored for your special occasions. Because many of our items are crafted with intricate details like tulle and hand-beading, please review our shipping timelines carefully.

1. Order Processing Time (Tailoring Time)

All orders are subject to a processing period before shipment.Our products are all shipped from China.

Shipping Method: All orders are shipped via air freight to ensure fast and reliable delivery.

Total delivery time = Processing time + Shipping time

  • Standard Orders: Processed and crafted within 7–10 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).

  • Notification: You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your dresses have been shipped.

2. Shipping Time & Rates

Shipping times are estimated from the date of dispatch, not the date the order was placed.

Note: Expedited shipping may not be available for remote areas. If your address is in a remote location, our team will contact you to discuss available options.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order is on its way, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for the carrier’s system to update the tracking information.

4. Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • International Orders: For customers outside of China, please be aware that customs fees, import duties, and taxes may be applied by your local government.

  • Responsibility: These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping fees paid to Galaprom.

  • Regulation: We recommend contacting your local customs office for specific details regarding potential costs before placing your order.

5. Shipping Restrictions

We use a range of reputable carriers (including UPS, FedEx, and DHL) and select the most suitable one based on the shipping destination and local delivery conditions.

  • P.O. Boxes: We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes via Expedited Shipping due to carrier restrictions. Please provide a physical address.

  • Service Areas: We ship worldwide. If your country is not available at checkout, please contact service@galaprom.com.

  • Delays: Please note that external factors (weather, holidays, or customs inspections) may occasionally cause delays. We appreciate your patience.

6. Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package has not arrived within the estimated window:

  1. Verify the tracking status in your shipping confirmation email.

  2. Contact the local carrier directly for real-time updates.

  3. If the issue remains unresolved, contact us at service@galaprom.com, and we will investigate the matter with the courier on your behalf.
